The first step in providing appropriate service is to understand the needs of the individual and/or the company requesting the service. This assessment includes meeting face to face to determine current functioning as well as contributing strengths and stressors. It is from this assessment information that the most effective and helpful treatment plan can be developed to best address the identified concerns.
