How to Access Services and Supports

The most effective and confidential way to access the services and supports at PSN is to call us directly to set up an appointment and/or talk to one of our staff. You will be asked what company you work for to ensure your eligibility for service. During your initial call your first appointment will be made; subsequent appointments are then made between you and the counsellor you are seeing. If you are dealing with an urgent issue, please advise the PSN staff person when you call that you need to be seen as soon as possible.

There are situations where your employer may ask that you attend PSN for services and supports because they have concerns about your well-being and/or your job performance. In these cases, your employer may make an Informal Referral or a Mandated or Formal Referral on your behalf.
